Even in a small home, this can translate to hundreds of boxes and bags of goods to pack and remove, as well as valuable or sentimental objects to preserve.
We specialize in responsibly clearing out residences, recycling and disposing of items while preserving sentimental and valuable belongings. Our high-integrity, high touch service will handle your family's personal belongings with care, dispose of unwanted items to local charities, and recycle anything that remains. The property will be ready for sale or rental, and you can be confident that nothing of value or meaning was discarded.

How are we different ?
There are cleaning services that exist for junk removal, to empty out a property that needs to be prepared for sale or rental. These services simply remove everything to charities or landfill.
This is not our specialty.
There are estate services that will enter into a home after the loss of a loved one and auction off the valuable antiques, furnishings and artworks to recover the value for the estate. These services depend on a significant amount of wealth to recover in the home.

How are we different?
We act as the careful hand to sift through the home and ensure that family photos, heirlooms, and other precious articles are preserved before the home is emptied.
The vast majority of homes that require clearout do not contain enough antiques and artwork to justify an estate sale. Due to the loss of a loved one, or the sudden need to relocate, the homes are full of personal belongings and furniture to be handled with care and discretion. Once the critical paperwork, sentimental items, jewellery, electronics and other goods have been removed, then we can try and recover value to the estate by selling furniture, or simply donating the majority of the goods to local charities.

Who are your clients?

What if there is a storage locker, car, or other property outside of the home?
We will take care of it all under the same contract. We have emptied storage lockers, taken care of yards, found shelters for pets, disposed of medications at pharmacies, put rare musical instruments on eBay - we are ready for almost any situation.
How much does it cost?
Our prices are based on hourly services and will depend on the size and state of the property. We are more expensive than junk removal services but offer a great deal more care and attention for those who need it. Call for a risk free quote anytime!
What won't you do in a home?
We can't take responsibility for the property while we're there. We will alert you to any dangerous or risky situation that we find, and change the locks if needed. We will also refuse to work in a space that might have a black mold infestation or a severe pest control problem. Call us and we'll see what it takes to move forward.
Will you help me sell the property?
We can refer you to a network of real estate professionals that we trust, but selling or listing the property is not one of our services.
How do we know the goods won't disappear?
Our most valuable asset is the trust of our clients. We take pictures and video of the property before, during and after the process. We take inventory of articles found for sale and disposal. We will even catalog the small change we find in the cushions. Our people are carefully vetted and well compensated to ensure that we deliver on this high-integrity promise.
